I lived in this building for 6 months and everything went perfectly! The accommodation is very comfortable and conforms to the photos and the communal areas, especially the terrace, are exceptional. On top of that, the service offered by the Aticco staff is very appreciable, they are very responsive and flexible, which made my stay even more pleasant. I would recommend it 100%!

I had the experience of renting a room in one of Aticco Living's flats in Barcelona for 5 months. I recommend this co-living agency: the contact and responsiveness of the staff is an advantage of this system of renting rooms, the cleanliness of the premises is maintained by a cleaning service included in the price, the furniture is brand new and the welcome is excellent. A very good experience. Thank you for the welcome, responsiveness and help provided over the months if it was needed in any problem encountered.PS: There are a few things that could be improved: giving residents more advance notice when a technician is due to carry out repairs or maintenance in the flat; returning the deposit more quickly on departure.
I lived for 3 months at Aticco Sepulveda and it was truly a very good experience! everything was ready when I arrived. The Aticco team was always available to answer my questions and solve the department's issues. I recommend it 100%.
I lived in Sepúlveda for 4 months and had a great time! I wish they gave you more included access to the co working spaces as the quality of work environmnent in the apartments is the weak point. It would also build the community even more.Though if anything is lacking in the facility, just ask their community manager Andrés for help who really makes the best effort to assist you with you whatever you need./Emanuel

I recommend it 100%. When you move you want to have as few headaches as possible and especially when renting in Barcelona. At Aticco I met true professionals who guarantee you a peaceful stay, they give you all the necessary information to make your experience as comfortable as possible, they are very accessible, friendly and on their WhatsApp channel they are attentive to whatever you need. I am currently Coliver and I am very satisfied with how easy they have made my life since the day I hired. I especially want to thank Jose from the procedures area, who helped me register 100% online, providing me with the necessary documentation and additional requirements that the city council requested, saving me time and many headaches that those of us who come from other countries normally go through. I recommend Aticco and I can tell you that it is a great option for those of us looking to take our first steps in a new city.

Excellent stay at Aticco Coliving. The staff was very attentive and always available for any questions or problems. The coworking spaces are very comfortable and modern, and the apartments are well furnished with the essentials for living.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. Well located, with good public transport connection. Andrés assisted us quickly and solved any problem we might have had. Things to improve: the entry fee was a little high, for the rest everything was excellent.

Woooww, I am writing this review because I only have good things to say, I was here for almost two months and everything was great, both the rooms and the common areas were very nice and impeccable, I had all the help and everything I needed during my stay with the best service, because the staff are all super friendly and helpful, I was at the one on Diagonal with Paseon Sant Joan and everything was great, the location... the best!!! Super central. Noooo, I would return a thousand times to this co-living. Spectacular!!!! Thank you!!!

The truth is that at Aticco Living they take care of all the details. It is a perfect solution for a flexible stay in which you can forget about all the administrative issues, supplies, etc. and focus on enjoying the accommodation.The price is obviously higher than normal accommodation, but the quality and ease with which the team welcomes you is priceless.Perfect for people who have to travel for X months for professional projects.I would definitely repeat!!!

I am happy I discovered Aticco Living by coincidence as I was really struggeling to find an apartment in Barcelona from abroad as there are a lot of scams around!!! The apertment/room is renovated and much nicer from other ones I saw and you also get benefits from aticco as you can attend events and go to their coworking with rooftops!
Been living with Aticco for 7 months and counting. Very happy with my room, size of the kitchen and living room. The space is well equipped and has all I need. My roommates are from different places around the world, which gives a nice international touch. Rent price has bills included, which makes the total price fair and convenient. They have different apartments around the city, so many options to choose from.
