Our colivings are currently located in Barcelona, although we are developing new colivings in Madrid and other cities. Our colivings are located in urban areas, very well connected by public transport. We have colivings in the neighborhoods of Gràcia, Sagrada Família and Dreta de l’Eixample.
Only in our Flexliving apartments, where the coliver enjoys the use of the entire apartment or studio. In the shared apartments, the rooms are for individual use because, in our experience, this is how the community develops best.
Normally our minimum stay is more than three months, although we can make exceptions, please ask us. The maximum length of your stay can be extended as long as you wish, provided that the reason for using your accommodation is temporary.
When we give you the price of our accommodation, we will give you the price of the room and a fixed cost for electricity, gas, water, high speed internet and cleaning of common areas. All costs, such as agency fees, community fees, rubbish fees, taxes are included in the price. Our apartments are always furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances.
Aticco Living is for people who want to live in community, share and enrich themselves. We like colivers to share our values. These values define the way we live and share our experiences with those around us. The aim of living together is to enrich each other as human beings. Normally our colivers are between 23 and 45 years old, but any other age is not an impediment if you want to live in community.

No, you will pay the same price as agreed regardless of which rooms are occupied.
Yes, you can bring visitors and guests. Colivers are responsible for the people they give access to Aticco Living properties. Guests are allowed to access as long as they don’t stay in the property for more than two consecutive days. In the case of bringing guests, it is necessary to notify the other members of the apartment community in advance. There is a maximum stay of 5 days per month for visitors in order to not disturb other colivers.
We love animals, but for the moment we do not accept pets, but we will probably soon do so in some buildings.
Smoking is forbidden in rooms and common indoor areas out of respect for other colivers. You can smoke in the open areas and terraces.
We have a high demand for our colivings. It is possible to book in advance as long as there is availability for that date and we are not forced to have an empty room. Ask us and we will see what we can do.
If we have availability, we normally accept a change of location with a payment.
To make a reservation at Aticco Living, you will be charged the first rent and a service fee, which covers room cleaning, administration, and contract costs. In addition, a, one or two month deposit, depending properties is required, which will be refunded when you vacate the accommodation.
The Club is Aticco’s membership program that gives you access to a community of professionals, events, learning opportunities, coworking spaces, and early access to our fully serviced temporary accommodations.
The Temporary Accommodation service with Aticco Living is independent from the Club and may be contracted without the need to be a member.

Yes. Aticco Living’s temporary accommodation can be requested independently of Club membership. The membership, in addition to many other services, offers early access and commercial priority to discover and apply for the accommodation opportunities published on our private platform. Accommodation is contracted through a separate agreement and can be requested without being a member.
Likewise, you can access all Club services without having to contract accommodation, just as thousands of members of our community already do.
In some exceptional cases for vacation, recreational, or leisure use, it is possible to use a room or apartment based on availability and Aticco’s criteria.
No. Aticco Living accommodations are strictly temporary; permanent housing contracts are not offered.
