What’s the referral program about?
It’s simple: we want to reward people who help us grow the Aticco Living community. If you recommend our coliving spaces to someone who ends up joining us, you’ll receive a €100 gift as a thank-you.
We believe good things are meant to be shared — especially when they come with private rooms, shared apartments, flexible stays, and a built-in community.
Who can participate?
The program is open to everyone. Whether you’re currently living with us, were a former resident, or simply know Aticco Living and love what we do, you can refer someone. This includes:
- Current or past colivers
- Aticco employees (from any business unit)
- Friends, followers, contacts — even if you’ve never lived with us
Who can you refer?
Anyone who’s looking for:
- A private room in a shared flat or coliving space
- A stay of at least 3 months in Barcelona
- A home with services included, a vibrant international community, and a flexible lifestyle (aka: flex living)
If that sounds like someone you know — that’s your cue.
How to make a referral
- Fill out the official referral form (or contact our sales team).
- Submit the form before your referral gets in touch with Aticco Living on their own.
- We’ll contact your referral and, if they move in, you’ll receive your €100 gift card to your email once they’ve checked in.
What are the conditions?
To receive your reward, these conditions must be met:
- Your referral must not be in prior contact with Aticco Living.
- They must sign a contract for at least 3 months.
- The contract must be signed within 2 months after the form submission.
- The new coliver must move in and complete their check-in.
What’s the reward?
You’ll receive a €100 gift card for each successful referral.
Gift cards are selected by Aticco Living and are usually from popular platforms like Amazon or similar, depending on availability and location.
The reward is delivered after the new coliver has checked in.
Please note: this is the only reward format available — bank transfers or cash are not offered.
Additional notes
- No referral limit — recommend as many people as you like.
- Rewards can accumulate — earn €100 for each person who moves in.
- Retroactive referrals won’t count, nor will those who were already in contact with Aticco.
- This referral program is valid until December 31, 2025. Aticco Living may cancel or change the program at any time without prior notice.
