Aticco Living enters Valencia with coliving spaces by 2025

Aticco Living finalizes its landing in Valencia. The Catalan management company, specialized in ‘coliving’ spaces, is negotiating the launch of three projects in the city, with more than 300 rooms in total, to meet the high demand of digital nomads and displaced professionals looking for this type of accommodation modality to reside in the city.

From 'coliving' to 'build to rent': how we will live in the future

Less than 10 years ago, coworking was everywhere. Large cities were filled with buildings with shared offices. A coworking phenomenon that, in reality, was the gateway to a new way of understanding life.

Why does Barcelona need coliving?

Do we want a city where the economic engine is the creation of technological and innovative companies? Do we want to attract the best international talent? Do we want a sustainable city? Woooww, I am writing this review because I only have good things to say, I was here for almost two months and everything was great, both the rooms and the common areas were very nice and impeccable, I had all the help and everything I needed during my stay with the best service, because the staff are all super friendly and helpful, I was at the one on Diagonal with Paseon Sant Joan and everything was great, the location... the best!!! Super central. Noooo, I would return a thousand times to this co-living. Spectacular!!!! Thank you!!!

The truth is that at Aticco Living they take care of all the details. It is a perfect solution for a flexible stay in which you can forget about all the administrative issues, supplies, etc. and focus on enjoying the accommodation.The price is obviously higher than normal accommodation, but the quality and ease with which the team welcomes you is priceless.Perfect for people who have to travel for X months for professional projects.I would definitely repeat!!!

I am happy I discovered Aticco Living by coincidence as I was really struggeling to find an apartment in Barcelona from abroad as there are a lot of scams around!!! The apertment/room is renovated and much nicer from other ones I saw and you also get benefits from aticco as you can attend events and go to their coworking with rooftops!

Been living with Aticco for 7 months and counting. Very happy with my room, size of the kitchen and living room. The space is well equipped and has all I need. My roommates are from different places around the world, which gives a nice international touch. Rent price has bills included, which makes the total price fair and convenient. They have different apartments around the city, so many options to choose from.

I absolutely loved my stay in my Aticco Living apartment. It felt like a home in a matter of seconds thanks to the cozy furniture and welcoming atmosphere. The location was perfect for me because I was able to move around a lot while still being close to home. 10/10 would recommend!
